A management system for your business gives structure, accountability and direction for the employees who work for it. It’s the company’s framework for the strategic goals you establish and the tools you use to achieve the results you want in order to achieve a particular level of quality, or to meet legal regulations regarding occupational safety or to increase profits through leaner processes.
Management systems are based on the belief that when all processes are documented and responsibilities are clearly defined, and success indicators are clearly defined, the tasks are able to – theoretically – take care of themselves.
